The Core workshops can be delivered by an accredited facilitator: face to face &/or digital (with online independent self and team learning through the courses on this website.)
To ensure the learning takes place over a reasonable amount of time (avoiding a cold workshop that is in danger of quickly being forgotten), we have built a blended approach to learning and applying the contents of our topics. There is the flexibility to take a single stand-alone course, OR the complete suite BUNDLE PACK -designed to run through the full sequenced flow.
This is a self-paced individual reflection session to prepare and introduce the topic. INCLUDES: 1. Digital notebook (downloaded fillable PDF to be ready for the CORE session) 2. This is the core interactive learning: Options include: 1) Professional Facilitator lead: Face to face &/OR digital group workshop for companies/teams -OR- 2. Self-led small team workshops -OR- 3. Individually accessed independently learning options. Please contact us if you are a leader looking for a Professionally facilitated led Core session, as these will need to be separately booked and quoted. Note: not all core sessions have all above 3 options available, and some require a partnership license to run. TIME /LENGTH: 2- 3 hours per session X 1-3 sessions – can be adjusted and customed to clients' needs
This is a - self-paced applications summary & key points drawn from the CORE content course. We have flipped the classroom to allow the learning to take place over time. Along with a summary from the CORE content there is the chance to try and apply the learnings in real-time in the workplace and then reflect on the outcomes, with goal setting and action planning each week (module). It uses our 4Rs method. Review, Refresh, Reflect & React. (also includes further reading videos, interviews etc) TIME /LENGTH: 20-45 mins per module X 5-9 modules (rec to do weekly)
This is to ensure the learning up to this stage can be actioned and used. In this section, the participants have to complete a case study / assignment / pitch, and submit and or present it back. The assignment can be followed up with one-on-one/ team coaching and feedback session (group or individual).
A Collaborator Canvas is a fillable real-time board template designed by Tirian, for leaders (self-lead), coaches, facilitators & accredited licenced partners, who want to coach & lead a small team to dialogue, diagnose & discover. They leverage collaborative technology to allow multiple users to work together on the board at the same time. They can also be printed and used face-to-face &/or hybrid. They can be used as a standalone independent session or in conjunction with any of the above courses and Tirian programs.
Become an accredited coach or facilitator. These courses are divided into the learning core content, plus assessment with feedback, all leading to accreditation. For those looking to upskill their coaching (INNOVATE-iCLi) this will allow you to have a new tool for your coaching toolbox. The iLCi coaching course is fully automated and is available for everyone. Please note that some of these special courses (CREATE-CSI2+ accreditation) are for licenced partners only. Our courses are designed for both (A) companies that engage AND (B) independent learners. Including the options for those that have participated in (A) a company organised session and want more (B) to develop their skills more (& even become accredited independently).
EXAMPLE #1) A company might book a CORE course workshop. This will include the online INTRO PRE COURSE. At the completion of the CORE course, the company might decide to offer the follow-up LEARNING JOURNEY. However, any individual that would like to upskill themselves and dive deeper can take these courses independently. Team leaders might also like to run these courses with their teams. ... EXAMPLE #2) CREATE: CSI1 ‘Who Killed Creativity?’ simulation can be run from this site, independently by a team leader, or HR consultant and their team. ... EXAMPLE #3) INNOVATE: A team leader, or HR consultant might like to become an accredited coach in the iCLI Future Ready Leadership.
